Events for the day are generally loaded up between 1:30am and 2:30am PST every day.    Once the events have loaded you're free to start wagering on them.

We're working to spread out the racing events as much as possible, and cover as much of a 24hr period as possible for play - but again, these darn unionized virtual workers want to take breaks from time to time!
