From time to time, events will jump around in the schedule due to the live events the race are based on.  

The outcome of every race we offer is generated by the real outcome of a live event that is taking place at roughly the same time.   So when we close wagering on a race, it's because wagering has closed at that live event.   If the start of that live event is delayed, then the display of the race is also delayed.

So the exact time that wagering closes, the race starts, etc. will vary throughout the day.  However, please be aware that when the countdown gets to 1 minute before wagering closes, it could literally close anytime - so get those wagers in quickly!
