What are my options if I feel I have a gambling issue?

Personal Limits

For customers who want help controlling their spending and wagering habits we offer all customers the opportunity to set individual daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits and spending. You can contact our customer service team anytime between the hours of 9am PST - 9pm PST any day of the week and they will happily assist you in setting these limits. All requests for limit decreases will be implemented immediately.

Self-Exclusion

Customers are also able to temporarily suspend their account or self-exclude from further gaming if they have developed gambling-related problems or feel at risk of developing gambling-related problems.

You can temporarily suspend your account for any period of time. However, if you do temporarily suspend your account we have a 5 day "cooling off" period where we will require you to wait 5 days from the date of your requested suspension before we will unlock your account. That gives our customers the time they need to consider their gambling and spending habits and ensure that you are not playing beyond your means.

If you think you have a problem that requires are permanent closure of your account our Customer Support team is happy to assist you at any time in locking your account permanently as well.

We want individuals to have a fun and an exciting experience, but we don't want you betting beyond your limits.
