Google Reviews Integration
How It Works
Service providers can connect their Google Business Profile
Reviews are imported through a manual sync process
Only the 5 most recent Google reviews can be imported at a time (Google API limitation)
Google Reviews can only by synced once every 30 days
Reviews are clearly marked as "via Google"
Combined rating system shows total reviews from both sources
Troubleshooting
Your Google Business Profile may need to be claimed or verified to display reviews.
Please ensure you have:
- Claimed your business on Google
- Added business hours
- Selected appropriate business categories (especially a primary category)
- Verified your business location or service area

RV Help will not alter or remove reviews that do not violate the guidelines outlined in our Review Policy. We understand that not every review will be positive; however, reviews that meet these standards will remain visible as part of our commitment to transparency and trust for both customers and providers.
