RVTI certifications can be added to RV Help, but are not synced automatically. To upload your RVTI certifications:
Log into your provider account
Navigate to the Business -> Certifications Tab
Click the "Upload RVTI Certification" button
Upload your document and fill in the information
Once your certification document is uploaded it will be reviewed by our administrative team before being published on your profile for customers to see. Please allow our team 1 week to review and approve your documentation.
RVTI certifications will be verified by our team (documentation required).
This helps you stand out in search results and showcase your additional training.
Once your certifications are approved you can also toggle which certification is featured (RVTI or NRVTA). While both are displayed on your profile, this can help you highlight your highest credential level to customers.
