Our Performance Record is a great way to keep track of your performance on our service. We have a simple system designed to ensure you are getting the most out of our app and allow riders to have access to shifts they intend to work.

Within the Ryde app, you have 4 points. You may receive negative points for doing things like missing shifts without letting us know or cancelling too close to the shift start. These points reset after 30 days and you will always be informed of any changes to your performance record.

View your performance record

You can view your performance record by clicking on the My Account icon at the top right of the home screen. Then tap Performance


How Points Work

βœ… You can cancel your shift at any time until the day prior to your shift. E.g: If you have a shift on Wednesday, you can cancel it up until 23:59 on Monday.

❌ If you cancel anytime on the day prior to your shift, you will receive -1 point. E.g: If you have a shift on Wednesday and you cancel it anytime on Tuesday or on the day of the shift, you will receive -1 cancellation point

❌ If you fail to turn up to a shift, you will receive -2 points

❌ If you receive -4 points your account will be temporarily suspended for 2 weeks


How to Remove Negative Points

  • Points will automatically be removed after 30 days of receiving them.


Confirmation & Check-in Info

  • Earliest confirmation: 48h before day of shift

  • Latest confirmation: 24h before day of shift

  • Earliest check-in: 30m before shift start
