Sometimes we will need to temporarily limit the number of applicants we accept for a particular area.

This can be because we have too many applications to approve currently, there may be a reduced amount of work in the area, or simply we are pausing applications there for a short period.

When we do this, we place any new applicants on a waiting list. You will know if this has happened to you because you will be presented with this screen during your application. You will also receive an email to the address you provided when beginning your application.

Once we re-open applications in your area, you will receive an email to the address you provided, and the app will once more allow you to progress through your application.

If you are placed on a waiting list, there is no need to contact us or enquire when you can resume. We will always contact you when applications are open once again.

Our waiting list is simply a way for us to ensure all our riders and drivers have access to enough work. Occasional limits on applications mean we can balance this work and provide a great service for everyone.
