Once you have been onboarded to the Ryde app, you have the ability to upload a number of optional documents. These are not compulsory, and so were not requested when you signed up, but by providing them you may unlock access to more work.
Some clients we work with have specific requirements, such as having a DBS on file, so the more documents you upload, the more work you can book.
Where to upload them
Simply tap the My Account icon in the top right, then select My documents from the list.
You will then see a list of options. Each document can be selected and its requirements will be explained. Feel free to explore what documents we are currently accepting in your own time.
Expiring documents
When any documents that you have uploaded are coming close to their expiration date, you will be notified in the Ryde app.
You then have plenty of time to supply a new document and avoid any interruption to your shifts.
What's the point?
Each of our clients has their own requirements. These may be vehicle type, location, or documents. By uploading the relevant documents you will be able to access more shifts, book more jobs, and gain more work with Ryde.
