Getting Started
If you have not uploaded your insurance details, you will be prompted on the Ryde home screen. Tap Tell us about your vehicle, to get started.
Alternatively, click on the My Account icon in the top right, and then My vehicle
Fill in the relevant fields such as your insurance provider, policy number, and expiration date.
Zego Customers
If you have a policy with Zego, you can save time in the Ryde app by linking your account.
Follow the steps above and after selecting 'Zego' from the provider list, you will be asked for your Zego Customer Number. After confirmation from Zego, your accounts will be automatically linked.
Not a Zego Customer? No problem, the Ryde now provides a direct link to get access to some of their best offers.
