Occasionally you may receive notification through the Ryde app. These may be informing you of upcoming shifts, some changes to your account, updates on new features, or that new jobs are available to you.

You can click on any drop-down notifications we send you to open the Ryde app. You may be taken to a specific page, or simply to the home page.

The access past notifications, you can visit the notification centre.

Simply select the blue bell icon in the top right of the homepage. From here, you can view new and old messages you have received by tapping on them.

You can mark all messages as read by clicking the three dots in the top right, then Mark all as read on the pop-up that appears.

This can help you keep your notification centre organised and clear.
