Our feedback feature lets you tell us how a shift has gone.

Your feedback and opinions on working with Ryde and our clients is so important to us, and with the new feedback feature, it's easier than ever to let us know your thoughts.

Here's how it works.

After you have completed a shift, you will be asked to let us know how it went.

You can then give written feedback and choose your reasons.

Your identifiable information is never provided to any clients, so you can always be honest when filling this out.

We look over all feedback and are committed to making sure Ryde is always riders first.
