An Hourly+ shift is a combination of our on-demand jobs and regular shifts.

Hourly+ shifts give you guaranteed pay and guaranteed hours so you can easily plan your work schedule.

Hourly+ shifts are done from beginning to end from within the Ryde app. They are convenient, fair, and riders first.

You book an Houly+ shift in the Ryde app just like any other job and will know it's Hourly+ because it will inform you in the job notes.

You will complete on-demand orders but be paid for your time, not the number of deliveries - that means a full wage, even if it's a slow day.
