If you are having a problem delivering to the customer, it is best you contact them first!
We expect that our riders attempt to contact customers 3 times. Please then call the client and confirm would they would like you to do with the package. Please also let support know what is going on!
Contacting Clients
If you are having a problem delivering to the customer or with a package. please reach out to the client with the contact information that is provided in the pick-up section of the app
