You must not bring anyone with you when working a shift through Ryde. If someone is not booked in on the Ryde app for their own shift, they are not permitted to attend yours.

They may be refused entry to a client's hub or site.

You may be turned away from a shift or have your shift cancelled if you bring someone with you who is not booked on to their own shift through Ryde.

This may also lead to a client requesting you no longer have access to their shifts.
