If one of your jobs is to collect a package for a customer, then you may be asked for a unique code to prove you have the package. You will be prompted on the Ryde app like this:
Please ask the customer for their code. Once supplied, simply input it into the Ryde app. If it is correct, you will see this screen:
If it's incorrect you will see this screen and will be able to re-attempt typing the code.
Finally, click Confirm and move on to your next delivery.
