We now group packages that are going to the same address so they can be delivered in one go. This means less time on the app and less time between deliveries.

When you arrive at a drop with more than one package, after you have determined whether the customer is in, you can now select all packages at once.

From here you will be able to select what you are going to do with the packages, such as leave them with a neighbour, leave them in a safe place, or post them through the letterbox (size dependent).

You will only be able to select an option that you are allowed to do. So for example, if a customer does not wish for a package to be left in a safe place, you will not be able to select it.

You will then be asked to complete any required proof of delivery actions such as taking a photo, collecting a signature or verifying the customer's age.

If any packages have not been able to be delivered, perhaps because they require a signature but the customer is not in or they failed the age verification, they will be marked in red so you can tell which is which.

Once you have completed all actions, tap confirm and move on to your next stop.
