Some clients you can work with provide access to tips. More information for each job's tips can be found on the Ryde app.

When looking through the Ryde app, simply click on this icon wherever you see it to find out more information on a client's tips.

To see tip information for specific jobs, open Job & pay history > click on a past week's pay history:

Then select tips for a breakdown of the client, timeframe, and total amount.

Tips are usually paid through Ryde and we are working hard to make this process as quick as possible for our riders.

However please be aware there may be a short delay in receiving tips compared to your pay. Our clients report to us the tips on a monthly basis and we add them to your pay once every 5-6 weeks.

Some riders will work both with clients directly and through Ryde. In this case, it is possible your tips will be paid directly by the client.
