What is my rider ID?

Every rider has a unique number linked to their account. Here's how to find yours.

You may occasionally be asked to provide your unique Rider ID as it is the best way to find you in our systems.

If you're ever unsure of yours, simply open the Ryde app, tap the My Account icon in the top right, and look at the top of the page underneath your name.
