1. The referral scheme ("the Scheme") is offered by Ryde ("the Company") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. The Scheme is open to all active riders of the Ryde app ("the Referrer"), who receive a message directly from the Company containing the referral offer.

3. To be eligible for the referral reward, the Referrer must successfully refer a friend ("the Referred Person") who meets the following criteria:

a. The Referred Person must be a new user of the Ryde app, having never previously signed up or used the platform.

b. The Referred Person must complete the registration process on the Ryde app and provide accurate and complete information.

c. The Referred Person must book and work a Royal Mail shift in their designated working area using the Ryde app.

d. The Referred Person must complete the shift without any reported issues or breaches of the Company's policies.

4. Upon the fulfilment of the conditions outlined in section 3, the Referrer will be entitled to the referral reward specified in the communications per Referred Person.

5. The referral reward will be credited to the Referrer's Ryde account within 60 days after the successful completion of the Referred Person's shift.

6. The Company reserves the right to verify the fulfilment of the conditions mentioned in section 3 and withhold the referral reward if any fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.

7. The Scheme is limited in nature. The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the Scheme at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

8. The referral offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or incentives unless explicitly stated by the Company.

9. The Company shall not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays that may occur in connection with the Scheme.

10. By participating in the Scheme, the Referrer and Referred Person agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any additional instructions or requirements provided by the Company.

11. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
