Mobile Phone Best Practises

Phone's are vital to working with Ryde. Ensure yours is up to the job.

An 'IOS' or 'Android' mobile phone, a portable phone charger, a phone mount, and a waterproof case will guarantee a reliable trip.

Best Practices:

  • Make sure that your phone is fully charged and you have a portable charger with you at all times.

  • A data plan that allows your 6-8 hours 4G data a day.

  • Make sure that your phone is locked with a passcode that only you know.

  • Never leave your phone unattended.

  • Log out of the Ryders App when you are not working.

  • Phone insurance is always a plus!
