Should your shift be cancelled through no fault of your own up to 24 hours before it starts, you will be reimbursed for 4 hours of equivalent pay.

If a shift is cancelled, you will be notified within the Ryde app and receive details on your pay and the shift itself will be easily visible.

If you have already arrived at the shift and you are sent home through no fault of your own, you will be paid a minimum of 4 hours' wages. If you work more than 4 hours you will be paid for the time you have worked.
