Therapist-initiated requests for rescheduling and cancellation of sessions

Clients book sessions directly through the platform based on the calendar availability set by the therapists.

For Therapists: Safe Space expects that calendars are regularly updated to reflect your current availability.

If a scheduled session needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please take note of the following:

  • Notification Protocol for Emergencies or Illness: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify the Support/Counselling Team at least 3 hours before the session starts.

  • Any changes made within 24 hours for video counselling sessions will be considered last-minute.

  • Any changes made within 72 hours for face-to-face counselling sessions will also be considered last-minute.

Should the request for rescheduling be agreed upon by both parties, please send a screenshot of the agreed date and time with the client to our Support Team via whatsApp at +65 88367600 or email at support@safespace.sg
