How to resolve issues with Client's video call session

We always try to make sure to give the best experience to our clients and therapists.

Should you encounter issues with the video call during your session, we recommend you send us a message via Intercom live chat.

The Support Team will create a Zoom link that therapists and clients can use as a temporary backup to continue the session.

You can access the Intercom Live chat by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Help" button located at the top right part of the page. Please refer to the image below:
