If the client has not informed that they will be late, the therapist should wait for 15 minutes. If client is a no-show, the client is not allowed to get a refund of deposit and will need to book a new date & time. The therapist will be paid in full for compensation of time lost.
If such situation happens, please send us a message at Intercom. We will attempt to reach out the client and check why they are not able to show up. Should we receive message we can then either reschedule (with agreement from the therapist) or have them book for another session. This will be case-to-case basis.
