Step 1 - Log in to https://app.safespace.sg/ as Therapist (we recommend you use Google Chrome browser).

Step 2 - On the Home Page - under Upcoming Appointments check the scheduled appointment date and time as well as the client's name.

To state the session you can either click on "Video Call Now" or the "Camera Icon" beside your client's name.

Step 2 - Go to the Chats page and search for the Client's name. Once found, click on the Camera Icon located on the top right corner of the page.

Please note that for first-time users, a pop-up window will show asking for permission for your device's Camera and Mic to be used. Click on Allow.
