How to know if there has been a match?

How would I know that there has been a match? Must I check my portal everyday?

You'll be matched based on your availability that the therapist will list themselves on the calendar.

Our therapists will get email confirmation upon booking payment, email reminder and push notification from the new Safe Space 2.0 platform.

Email notification will look like this:

We recommend switching on the push notification at all times so that we can send an alert on your desktop once your session is coming up.

All of this will be covered in your platform training and you're able to reach out to the support team if you have any questions.

For hotmail users, we recommend to switch to Gmail address as there are currently issues where notifications are not synced up.
