Safe Space™ shall make the payment to Therapist when client cancels the session based on the Booking Cancellation Policy below:
For all Face to Face bookings, cancellation to be done 72 hours or less before the counselling session
For video call bookings, cancellation to be done 24 hours or less before the counselling session
Below are the scenarios when a client cancels and its corresponding compensation for the therapists:
