The Sender Name will be the title of the Trust Center
Example: Company Trust CenterorCompany Security Portal

Setup
1. Gather Prerequisites
Reply Email
This is an email address you own, on your corporate domain.
This inbox will receive any replies to transactional emails from the Trust Center.
All of the communication between your customers and prospects, and your Trust Center, happens via automated transactional emails triggered by SafeBase. In the rare case a customer or prospect replies to one of these emails, the message must go to an inbox you own.
This can be an existing email, or newly created inbox for this workflow. It can also be a no-reply email, but the recommendation is to use an address that clearly indicates it is meant to receive replies to transactional emails coming from Your Trust Center.
Example: grc@company.com
Email Primary Color
This will be the accent color used in transactional emails
This can be input via hex, RGB, or HSL codes.
Logo
This will appear at the top right of transactional emails from the Trust Center
We recommend a transparent PNG with a rectangular aspect ratio.
2. Submit Prerequisites
After gathering your Logo, Primary Color, and Reply Email, navigate to the Org Settings page in SafeBase and scroll down to the Email Notifications area.
In that area, upload your PNG logo, select your Primary Color, and enter in your Reply Email in the box.
Once everything looks good, click Submit Details to finalize the configuration.
Once set, your Reply Email, Color, and Logo can only be changed by contacting SafeBase Support. Be sure the information is correct before submitting to avoid any delays in setup.
3. Add DNS Records
After submitting the prerequisites, you'll see a new section titled DNS Settings
Please add the DKIM TXT and Return Path CNAME DNS records displayed there to your subdomain.
Once complete, press the Refresh button to validate the records and finalize the setup.
4. Send Yourself a Preview Email
Note: If you have an email security or quarantine tool (e.g. Proofpoint, Mimecast, Abnormal AI, etc.), create an allow-list entry or exception rule for your new branded from name and from email.
Your From Name is your Trust Center name. Review this in Trust Center Editor -> Trust Center Settings button in the upper right -> Appearance tab -> Trust Center Title box.
Your From Address is generally
notifications@<your custom URL>, unless you have asked SafeBase to adjust the left part of that email.
This will ensure you receive these notifications in your inbox without interruption.
After your DNS details are verified, you can send yourself an example email from the SafeBase Dashboard.
In the left sidebar, click Settings, and then click Email Notifications in the middle menu.
In the Test email configuration section, click "Send yourself a preview email".
