How do I add family members or multiple travelers to my SafeGard intake?

Each traveler needs their own intake, but you can add family members under your account and copy itineraries between travelers.

If you’re traveling with family or friends, each traveler needs their own travel intake. This ensures that every traveler receives an individualized physician review and accurate vaccination and medication recommendations.

If you’re adding family members under your account

Step 1: Complete the Primary Traveler’s Form
Fill out the full travel intake form for the primary traveler, including:

  • Personal information

  • Health history

  • Immunization records

  • Travel itinerary

Step 2: Add Additional Travelers

  1. Return to your home screen.

  2. Click “+ Create travel intake.”

  3. Select “Add a new family member.”

  4. Complete their personal information, health history, and immunization records.

Step 3: Copy the Itinerary (Optional)
When you reach the destination page for the additional traveler, you can copy the primary traveler’s itinerary:

  1. Choose “Copy another traveler’s itinerary.”

  2. Select the primary traveler’s name from the dropdown list to copy the itinerary into their form.

  3. Review and confirm that the itinerary is correct before continuing.

If you want to copy an itinerary from another account

You can also copy an itinerary from a traveler on another account (for example, a friend or colleague traveling with you).

  1. Select “Copy destinations from a travel intake in a different account.”

  2. Ask that person for their form ID and phone number.

    • The form ID is a 6-digit number displayed next to the traveler’s name on their home page.

  3. Enter both to securely import their itinerary.

  4. Review and confirm that the information is correct before continuing.

Important Notes

  • Each traveler requires their own payment voucher.

  • Each traveler must complete their own medical history and immunization records.

  • Only the itinerary can be copied between travelers — medical information cannot be shared.
