We hope your holiday goes without a hitch and you don’t have to make a claim, but if you do - you’ll only pay one excess for your whole claim. This means that if your claim involves multiple sections of your policy – such as missed departure, baggage and medical treatment – you will only need to pay the excess once.

All our claims advisers are based in the UK and there are no automated telephone menus.

We aim to ensure that every claim is dealt with quickly and with minimum fuss.
