How to make a claim on your Saga Insurance Policy

Please follow the information below and one of our claims colleagues will help.

Motor Insurance

If you need to make a claim, please call our claims assistance number on

0800 001 5424, so we can deal with your claim as soon as possible. If another party was involved in the accident/incident, regardless of fault, there’s no need for you to deal with them (or their insurer) – give them our details and let us deal with everything for you.

Travel Insurance

Home Insurance

As we work with a panel of insurers, you will need to speak to your policy underwriter to make a claim.

Saga Home Emergency

If you've added Saga Home Emergency to your policy and you have an unexpected incident that needs immediate action, you should call the 24/7 helpline on 0800 092 1426. This service is available in emergency situations only, such as if a water pipe suddenly starts leaking badly and there's nothing you can do to stop it, or you lose all power to your home and/or all your lights stop working. Your policy schedule will show if you have Saga Home Emergency cover.
