What does 'Please correct the following highlighted fields' mean?

When adding a policy to your MySaga account, the name, address and date of birth must match those provided to us when the policy was first setup.

If this message is being presented and you believe you're entering the correct information, there may be conflicting information either on the account or the policy itself.

Please get in touch with a member of the team and if possible, let the agent know which of the fields are highlighted, in order to assist them with the troubleshooting.
