View my P60s on the Sage HR web portal

How to view your P60s on the Sage HR website.

Once your employer publishes your P60s, you can log in to Sage HR to view both current and past P60s. You can also download and save them as PDF files.

Active employees should ensure they have an active Sage HR account. If you haven't activated your account yet, contact your company administrator to send you a welcome email and complete the activation within 24 hours. You can also use the Sage HR mobile app to access your P60s and payslips.

You view P60s in the same way as payslips, but they appear under a separate P60 tab.

Payslip and P60s tabs.

Your payroll administrator uploads P60s to Sage HR. If you can’t find a P60 or something looks wrong, contact them to check. If your P60 is missing, confirm with your employer whether it has been published in Sage HR. Employers must upload P60s from their payroll system for them to appear in your account. Additionally, if multiple employees are missing P60s, employers can perform a bulk upload using Sage 50 Payroll. Note that Sage HR does not archive data prior to its activation for a company. For older documents, you will need to contact your employer directly.

If you’ve left the company and can no longer log in, contact your former employer. They can confirm your access and provide your P60s another way.

If you are a terminated employee, your employer can temporarily adjust your termination date in Sage HR to allow you to download your P60. If your Sage HR account is inactive, ask your employer to resend a welcome email and complete the setup within 24 hours to reactivate your account. If you no longer have access to the email linked to your Sage HR account, your employer can update your email address and create a new profile, though historical payslips will not transfer automatically to the new account. If your previous employer's company no longer exists, contact the payroll service or person who managed payroll for the company to obtain your P60. Additionally, if the payroll subscription linked to Sage HR has been cancelled, it must be reactivated to regain access to historical data.
