The Sage HR calendar shows upcoming time off and events. It helps you plan work, check availability, and see who is off at a glance.
What you see on the calendar depends on your permissions.
Who appears on your calendar
Based on your permissions, you can see:
Only yourself
Your team
All employees
If you can see other employees, use the filter at the top to narrow the view.
Admins control employee order in Calendar settings.
Working days and weekends
The calendar shows working days and weekends for each employee.
📎NOTE: Employees can have different weekends based on their employment status. Select an employee’s name to open their profile and view time off details
Select an employee’s name to open their profile and view time off details.
Change the calendar view
By default, the calendar shows the next four weeks.
To change the view:
Select the dropdown next to Next 4 weeks
Choose a month to view
Use the arrows to move forward or backward by four weeks or one month.

The key at the bottom explains calendar colours and markers.
You can see:
Time off policies
Blackout days
Public holidays
Birthdays
Work anniversaries

Pending time off appears faded. Approved time off appears solid
Sync with your calendar
Select Sync with my calendar to sync Sage HR with:
Apple iCal
Microsoft Outlook
Any calendar that supports iCalendar
