If you’re using the correct email but the password doesn’t work, you can reset your password.
Reset a forgotten Sage account password
Go to your Sage HR company's unique login page. For example,
https://overlookhotel.sage.hr/signin.
📎NOTE: If you don’t know your Sage HR workspace, go to sage.hr/signin to start logging in.
Enter the email address your employer used to set you up. This is the same address that received your welcome email. If you’re not sure which email to use, contact your employer to confirm it.
If nothing changes after you enter your email, you’re not using a recognised Sage account email address.
Don’t click Forgot your password? on this page. This option works only for Sage HR logins, not Sage account logins.
After you enter your email address, click CONTINUE TO SIGN IN.
On the Sage account login page, click Reset password or Forgot password.

Enter your email address and click Continue. You'll receive an email with a password reset link.
📎NOTE: If the password reset email doesn’t arrive, check our help article, I haven't received a password reset email.
Click the link and enter a new password.
Confirm the password and click Continue.
Enter your Sage account email address, then click CONTINUE TO SIGN IN.
