Payslips appear in Sage HR after your employer uploads them. You can view them on the web portal, or in the Sage HR mobile app.
If you can’t see your payslips, check the most common causes below.

Are you using your phone?
If you're using your phone, use the Sage HR app, instead of a mobile internet browser like Safari or Chrome. Mobile browsers can cut off the payslip details.
Confirm that payslips are uploaded
Your employer must upload payslips from their payroll software for you to see them in Sage HR.
Contact your employer to confirm they've done this.
Access Sage HR in a different way
See whether your payslips show when accessing Sage HR another way:
Try a different internet browser if on a computer
Try a different device
If you still can't view your payslips, move on to the next section.
Clear cookies and cache
Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, then sign in again.
If you still can't view payslips after doing this, move on to the next section.
Contact your employer
If you still can’t see your payslips, contact your employer.
Only your employer can check payroll uploads or contact Sage technical support.
