Can’t see payslips in Sage HR

Use these checks if you can’t see one or more payslips after signing in to Sage HR.

This article applies when you can sign in to Sage HR but can’t see your payslips.

When your employer uploads payslips, you can view them on:

  • The Sage HR website

  • The Sage HR mobile app

Common reasons payslips are missing

  • Your employer hasn’t uploaded the payslip

  • Someone deleted the payslip

  • You’re signed in to the wrong Sage HR company

Only your employer can resolve these issues.

Before contacting them, try the checks below.

Access Sage HR another way

Try accessing Sage HR using a different method:

  • Use a different internet browser

  • Use a different device

For example, if you use the mobile app, try signing in at sage.hr/signin on a computer.

Clear cookies and cache

If you use the Sage HR website:

  1. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.

  2. Sign out.

  3. Sign back in.

If you still can’t see the payslips, continue to the next step.

Contact your employer

If you still can’t see your payslips, contact the person who processes payroll.

They can check whether:

  • Payslips were uploaded

  • There was an upload issue

  • The payslip was deleted

Only they can fix this using payroll admin access.
