What does 'Verify it's you' mean when logging into the Sage HR app?
When you log in to the Sage HR mobile app, you may see a screen appear stating Verify that it's you.
This means that at some point within the Sage HR app, you have enabled identity verification. When you turn this on, the app uses the same method you use to unlock your phone to confirm it's you
What are the verification options?
This will depend on your phone. You need to verify your identity via face or fingerprint authentication; alternatively, you may need to enter a passcode.
📎NOTE: This verification is for the mobile app only and is separate from 2-factor authentication (2FA), which you will use to log into your Sage account. You may be required to complete 2FA as well as verify your identity when logging into the mobile app.
How do I turn off identity verification?
If you no longer want to use this identity verification, you can switch it off following the same steps outlined in Enable identity verification.
