When someone publishes an announcement in Sage HR, you can read it in the mobile app. The app includes a dedicated area for announcements.
View Announcement
There's a dedicated section for announcements on the mobile app.
Open the Sage HR app.
Tap Workspace.
Tap Announcements.
You can see all announcements shared with you.
Tap an announcement to view it in full. You can see:
The message
Any attachments
Reactions and comments
📌TIP: Type @ followed by a name to mention someone in a comment.
📌TIP: Tap the icon in the top‑right corner to copy the post. You can share it with someone who has access to your Sage HR company.
Filter and sort announcements
If announcements use topics, you can filter by topic at the top.
You can also sort announcements by:

Do I get notified about new announcements?
Yes. The Sage HR app sends a push notification when an admin publishes an announcement.
You can turn off Sage HR notifications in your phone settings. This disables all app notifications, not just announcements.
Can I create an announcement in the app?
No. Admins and users with permission must create announcements using the web version of Sage HR on a computer or tablet.
