What to if you get this error when trying to create an account from your welcome email.

When you receive your welcome email to be able to access your payslips, you be may prompted to create a Sage account (Sage ID).

When you try to do so, you may get the following error.

This email address is already used for a Sage account.'

This email address is already used for a Sage account.

This indicates that your email address has already been used to create a Sage account previously.

If you can't remember what your password is, use the Forgot password? option on your login page.
