How to Set Up Your White Label Configuration in Salesflow

Salesflow's White Label functionality gives you full control over your branding and client experience. As a White Label admin, you can configure a fully branded environment with your own domain, logo, colour scheme, and feature access settings for your users and managers.

This guide walks you through the steps to set up and customise your White Label instance within Salesflow.

Accessing White Label Settings

Once your White Label environment is activated, you’ll be able to access a dedicated White Label Settings page through your admin panel. This area is divided into four key sections:

  • General

  • Colour Scheme

  • Customised Manager Access

  • Customised User Access

Let’s go over each section in detail.

1. General Settings

This section helps you tailor the overall branding of your Salesflow environment.

  • Supported formats: SVG, PNG, JPEG

  • Recommended resolution: 320x320 (min) to 1024x1024 (max)

  • Tip: SVG format provides the cleanest, most scalable results.

Terms and Conditions (Optional)

Add a URL link to your company’s Terms and Conditions that users can access.

Customer Service Platform

Link your support platforms such as Intercom or Front App to integrate client support directly into your environment. If you do not integrate your own platform, the Salesflow customer support chat will be hidden by default.

2. Colour Scheme

Match the interface with your brand’s visual identity.

Main Colour

Defines the primary colour used for:

  • Buttons

  • Links

  • Selections

  • Accent icons

Background Selection

Set a light background colour for selected items or areas in the UI.

3. Customised Manager Access

Decide what features managers under your White Label environment can view and control - both in their own account and in the accounts they oversee.

Selectable features include:

  • Home

  • Analytics

  • Campaigns

  • Templates

  • Integrations

  • Blacklists

  • Inbox

  • User Settings

  • LinkedIn Account Settings

  • Help Center

4. Customised User Access

You can also configure what your end users can see and use inside the platform. The available options mirror the ones for managers, giving you granular control over each user's interface.

Selectable features include:

  • Home

  • Analytics

  • Campaigns

  • Templates

  • Integrations

  • Blacklists

  • Inbox

  • User Settings

  • LinkedIn Account Settings

  • Help

✅ Final Tips

  • Review each section carefully before saving changes.

  • Remember: All updates are applied in real-time after you click “save changes”, so make sure to test the experience from a user perspective.

  • Use consistent branding across all assets to build a seamless user experience.

By leveraging these White Label features, you can offer clients a tailored, branded, experience that reflects your company's identity while maintaining the power and automation of Salesflow behind the scenes.
