The Global Dashboard is a powerful tool designed to provide Admins and Managers with a comprehensive view of their accounts performance, including key daily metrics. It helps users track engagement, optimise workflows, and focus on priority accounts.
Who Can Access It?
Admins: View all accounts within the organisation.
Managers: View only the accounts assigned to them.
What’s Included?
Each account displayed on the dashboard shows a graph with daily activity stats, including:
Invites Sent
Messages Sent
InMails Sent
Emails Sent
Replies Received
Graphs update daily to provide an up-to-date view of outreach and engagement trends.
Favourite Accounts
To focus on high-priority accounts, users can mark them as favourites:
Click the star ⭐ next to an account email address to mark it as a favourite.
Once marked, the star will turn solid to indicate the account is favourited.
Show Favourite Accounts Only
Need a cleaner view? Use the “Show Favourite Accounts” filter:
Navigate to the top right corner of the Global Dashboard.
Tick the checkbox labeled “Show Favourite Accounts”.
The dashboard will filter out all non-favourited accounts, displaying only those you've starred.
Quick Account Access
Click the person icon 👤 next to a user’s email address to access that account directly and manage or review its details.
Date Filtering
Filter dashboard stats by selecting a custom date range.
To reset filters, click the reset icon 🔁 next to the date filter.
This brings the dashboard back to its default view.
Download Stats
You can download graph data (e.g., number of invites, messages, InMails, emails, and replies) based on the selected date range.
This provides a CSV breakdown for external analysis or reporting.
