When setting up your Salesflow environment, choosing the right account structure is crucial to ensuring smooth operation, privacy, and flexibility for your team. Below is a breakdown of the two available structures along with their benefits and limitations.

Choosing the Right Structure

Feature

Structure A (1-to-1)

Structure B (1-to-Many)

User Autonomy

✅ High

❌ Limited

Setup Time

❌ Longer

✅ Faster

Best For

Teams and agencies needing independence and control

Agencies or managers running multiple accounts centrally

Structure A: 1-to-1

One Salesflow account connected to one LinkedIn account.

✅ Pros:

  • Full User Access & Control
Each user has their own login and direct access to all features they are entitled to use.

  • Inbox Settings Customisation
Users can choose to view all LinkedIn messages or limit visibility to campaign-related messages only.

  • Personalised Blacklist Management
Users can manage their own blacklist, either applying it globally or assigning it to specific campaigns.

  • Autonomy in Campaign Management
Users can edit their campaign settings, message templates, schedules, and more.

  • Flexible Admin Controls (for Whitelabel setups)
Admins can assign specific features or delegate account management without impacting other users.

❌ Cons:

  • Longer Setup Process
Each user must create their own Salesflow account before connecting it to LinkedIn, adding a few extra steps during onboarding.

Structure B: 1-to-Many

One Salesflow account connected to multiple LinkedIn accounts.

✅ Pros:

  • Faster Setup
Only one Salesflow account needs to be created, allowing quick connection of multiple LinkedIn profiles.

  • Centralised Control
A single person (admin or manager) manages all campaigns and account activity, ensuring consistency and avoiding disruption.

❌ Cons:

  • Limited User Access
Only the primary account holder can access Salesflow, meaning LinkedIn account owners don’t have direct access to their data or campaigns.

  • Coordination Required for Issues
If a LinkedIn account disconnects, resolving it requires collaboration between the admin and the LinkedIn owner.

  • Reduced Privacy for LinkedIn Owners
Admins can view all messages, including non-campaign communication, potentially impacting user privacy.
