My account is Disconnected, what shall I do?

Overview

If your account shows the status Disconnected, this means that your account requires to be re-connected to your LinkedIn profile.


To re-connect your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings and then LinkedIn account settings

  2. Press the save changes button on the bottom right side of the screen
    NOTE: if pressing the save changes button once doesn't work, press it again. Sometimes it may take you to press it twice.

  3. Once you press the button you will have the option to:

    1. Resolve captcha

    2. Enter Linkedin verification PIN

    3. Enter the verification code from your 2FA authenticator app.

  4. After proceeding with any of the verification processes that the system asks you to, your account should be activated after a few seconds.

**If the account is still disconnected, please contact support at support@salesflow.io or in the live chat.**

Error codes and their meanings

  • Error 01: Unknown reason. If you get error 01, please contact our support team.

  • Error 02: Your account has a server issue. Please contact support so our team can replace your account's server.

  • Error 03: You need to resolve the captcha in this account. First, click on "Save Changes", to get the captcha puzzle, and then resolve the captcha.

  • Error 04: Your account has been restricted by Linkedin.
