Overview

Profile visits allows the contact to know you are interested in their profile. This feature lets the contact know you have visited their profile, and you can combine this with the like post feature as well.

If the contact has a premium subscription, the contact will be able to see who viewed his profile. If not, it will show something like "Someone in Salesflow just viewed your profile", as an example.

Please note this feature is only available for InMail campaigns, Groups & Events, and New Connections campaign.

How to enable profile visits

Before making any changes to the campaigns, we recommend to completely stop the campaign. Once the campaign is stopped, follow the steps below

  1. Head over to the campaign you are enabling profile visits

  2. Click on the Message Sequences tab, and you will see the profile visits feature
    ​

  3. Click the box to enable it

  4. Scroll down and click Save
    ​

  5. Once the changes have been saved, start the campaign by clicking the play button
    ​
