This guide will show you how to add or update your receipt and email logos in the POS Back-office. Follow these simple steps:

Steps to Add a Logo to Receipts:

  1. Log in to your POS Back-office web portal.

  2. Go to "Settings" in the main menu.

  3. Select "Design Receipt" from the options.

  4. Choose the Logo Type:

    • Select "Receipt Logo" to change the logo on printed receipts.

    • Select "Email Logo" to update the logo for emailed receipts.

  5. Upload Your Logo: Click the upload button and select the image you want to use.

  6. Preview Your Changes: Use the preview option in the top right corner to see how the receipt will look before saving.

Additional Customizations:

  • Header Section: Add your business name, contact number, and address.

  • Footer Section: Include details like return policies, promotions, or information about other store locations.

Once everything looks good, save the changes. Your new logo will now appear on receipts and emails.
