How to Send a Receipt or Past Receipt via Email and Share on WhatsApp, Viber, or Other Messaging Apps

The SalesPlay POS system allows you to send receipts or past receipts to any email address. You can also share them via messaging apps like WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, and Telegram. This feature lets you choose between Text, PDF, or Link formats when sharing.

How to Share a Receipt via WhatsApp, Viber, or Other Messaging Apps

1. Open the POS App

  • Go to the Main Menu.

2. Start a New Sale

  • Select New Sale.

  • Add the items to the sale.

  • Click the Charge button.

3. Share the Receipt

  • On the Payment Interface, you will see a Share icon (3 connected dots).

  • Click the Share icon.

  • Select TEXT, PDF, or LINK.

  • Choose a messaging app (WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Telegram, etc.).

  • Proceed with sharing.

Important Note

  • The messaging app must be installed on your POS device to appear as an option for sharing.

This feature makes it easy to send receipts to customers quickly and efficiently!

How to Share a Past Receipt via WhatsApp, Viber, or Other Messaging Apps

1. Open the POS App

  • Go to the Main Menu.

2. Access Past Receipts

  • Select Manage Sales.

  • Find the receipt using the calendar or search function.

3. Choose the Receipt

  • Click on the receipt you want to send or share.

4. Open the Share Options

  • Tap the 3-dot button in the top-right corner.

  • Select Send Receipt or Share.

5. Sending via Email

  • Enter a valid email address.

  • Click Send Receipt.

6. Sharing via Messaging Apps

  • Select TEXT, PDF, or LINK format.

  • Choose a messaging app (WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Telegram, etc.).

  • Proceed with sharing.

Important Note
