How to Enable Auto Start (Background App Launch) on Redmi Devices

Auto Start ensures that Salestrail or other apps restart automatically when the device reboots and keeps running in the background.

Note: Settings may vary slightly depending on the Redmi model.

Change Battery settings from Salestrail App

  1. Open Salestrail app

  2. Tap on the battery optimization notification

  3. Select Battery Saver

  4. Change the setting to No Restrictions or Unrestricted.

Important: If you’re using the Salestrail Recorder APK, make sure to adjust the battery settings for the Salestrail Recorder APK as well.

Enable Auto Start from Apps Settings

  1. Go to "Settings" > Apps > Manage Apps.

  2. Find and tap Salestrail.

  3. Tap "Auto Start" and enable it.

or

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Manage Apps.

2. Tap Background autostart

3. Enable for Salestrail and Salestrail APK (if applicable)

Enable Auto Start from Security App

  1. Open the "Security" app on your Redmi device.

  2. Scroll down and tap "Manage apps".

  3. Select Salestrail.

  4. Enable Auto Start for the app.

How to Allow Unrestricted Background App Launch

Some Xiaomi devices also have background app launch restrictions that may prevent an app from running.

  1. Go to "Settings" > Apps > Manage Apps.

  2. Select Salestrail.

  3. Tap "Battery Saver" > Select "No restrictions".

  4. Go back to App Info and tap "Other permissions".

  5. Enable "Allow background launch" and "Keep running in the background".

By following these steps, Salestrail will run continuously in the background, ensuring that all calls are tracked and logged properly without being restricted by MIUI’s aggressive battery management.
