To ensure Salestrail operates effectively on your OnePlus device, it's important to adjust the battery optimization settings and manage auto-launch permissions. These steps will allow Salestrail to run seamlessly in the background, ensuring accurate call tracking and logging.


Disable Battery Optimization for Salestrail

  1. Open Settings:

    • Access the Settings app on your OnePlus device.

  2. Navigate to Battery Settings:

    • Scroll down and tap on Battery.

  3. Access Battery Optimization:

    • Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

    • Select Battery optimization.

  4. Select All Apps:

    • Tap the dropdown menu at the top and choose All apps.

  5. Disable Optimization for Salestrail:

    • Scroll through the list to find Salestrail.

    • Tap on Salestrail and select Don't optimize.


Enable Auto-Launch for Salestrail

  1. Open Settings:

    • Access the Settings app on your OnePlus device.

  2. Navigate to Apps Management:

    • Tap on Apps.

    • Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to access Special Access settings.

  3. Access Auto-Launch Settings:

    • Scroll down and select Auto-launch.

  4. Enable Auto-Launch for Salestrail:

    • Find Salestrail in the list.

    • Toggle the switch to enable auto-launch for Salestrail.

By enabling auto-launch, Salestrail will start automatically and continue running in the background, ensuring uninterrupted call tracking.

  • Disable Deep Optimization:

    • Navigate to Settings > Battery > Battery optimization.

    • Tap the three-dot menu and select Advanced optimization.

    • Disable Deep optimization to prevent the system from restricting background activities.
