Pinning salonMonster to Windows 8 and 10 Start Screen with Google Chrome

Open Chrome

Click on Settings button present in toolbar

Select "Tools > Create application shortcuts" option

You will get options Create application shortcuts in the following places:

Desktop

Start Menu

Pin to Taskbar

Select your desired option and click the Create button
